I am frustrated that these charges have not been credited to my credit card. I have outstanding charges of $49.99 and $11.99, putting my account in the negative. None of these charges were authorized, and it is unacceptable for your company to charge my card without consent. I have involved the police and am following their advice to request an immediate refund to my debit card. If not done by Monday, I will update the officer on my case. Please remove my card from your system and refrain from further charges. Thank you, Kathy G.

I purchased two items through Groupon for Christmas. One was a room with a zombie and the other was Young Chef Academy. I do not have the vendor numbers, but I do have receipts on my phone. My son has the receipt for one item. I'm Aleta S., and you can reach me at [redacted]. I need assistance as the items are already expired. I used my Mastercard ending in [redacted] for payment. The order number for the Young Chef Academy in Strongsville, Ohio is [redacted] dated November 24, [redacted]. My grandchildren tried to use it, but we lack the vendor or voucher numbers. Please assist me. Thank you.

Hello,
I urgently require assistance with an order I placed on 15/07. It wasn’t made clear to me during the purchasing process that I would need to fill out an additional form. I believed the email I received was a confirmation of the booking. However, I just realized today that the form needed to be filled within 5 days, which has now passed. We are currently in New York and require the tickets immediately or a refund arranged. Please kindly facilitate one of these options. I need confirmation within the next 12 hours, or I will assume a refund will be processed. I find it unfair that payment was taken before I completed the form and received the tickets. Can you please clarify this process? This situation is causing stress during my holiday, so a prompt resolution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Emily

I purchased a Groupon for Maui Sands waterpark resort weeks in advance, and when I arrived with my family and friends, they did not have our reservations. After a long wait and phone call to Groupon, they said our reservation was sent but the hotel didn't receive it. The front desk manager tried to accommodate us, but they were oversold and couldn't offer us a room for the second night. We tried to find another waterpark hotel, but they were all full or very expensive. Eventually, we had to stay at a different hotel. I am requesting a refund for the Groupon purchase and reimbursement for the unexpected hotel expenses at Fairfield Inn.

I am frustrated with false advertising.
Smiles Again promised a $[redacted] cleaning for $25, including sonic cleaning, but only provided scraping. Scraping without sonic cleaning and polishing is essentially useless, particularly for those without insurance who haven't visited the dentist in a while. Charging $[redacted] for scraping and then insisting on an additional $[redacted] for a "deep cleaning" is deceitful. Dentists have recently been pushing for these costly "deep cleanings", which are essentially a way to make extra money. It costs dentists very little to use the sonic machine, yet they charge a significant amount for it. I am seeking an honest dentist who won't engage in deceptive tactics like bait-and-switch or take advantage of individuals who may not be able to tell the difference. No more "deep cleaning" shams for me!

I need assistance with my recent shopping cart experience. I placed some items in my cart to narrow down my choices, but I was not prompted to review or confirm the order. Later on, after completing my chemotherapy and recovering, I received a notification thanking me for my order. I didn't have the opportunity to apply my 20% discount that I had earned. I can provide evidence of my treatment, although I believe private medical matters should not be necessary to resolve this issue.

On July 15, I arrived for a specialty massage at this establishment. Despite having to wait for 20 minutes due to the massage technician running behind schedule, I was eventually taken to the back. I specifically requested a lymphatic massage due to recent surgery and an open wound that was bandaged. Unfortunately, the massage technician appeared unsure about this type of massage and ultimately declined to proceed once informed about my surgery. I had explicitly mentioned my need for lymphatic massages to the receptionist when booking the appointment, and there was assurance that they could accommodate me. I am now seeking a full refund as the services I required were not available as promised.

I recently purchased eyelash extensions using a Groupon deal at a salon. Unfortunately, the process took 4 hours, during which my eyes were burning and itching, and the extensions did not turn out well at all. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, I was told to give it time and that I would get used to them. My eyes remained red and irritated, so I had the extensions removed, resulting in the unintended removal of some of my own lashes, leaving a bald spot on my right eye. When I requested to speak to the owner about my experience, they were dismissive and told me to contact Groupon for a refund. As a frequent Groupon user, I am extremely disappointed and seeking assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you, Anilda Z.

I am requesting a refund for three Groupons purchased from EpicSUP for $19.50 each. The Groupons were supposed to be valid until October 17th, [redacted], but when I called in late September to confirm their hours, I was told they were only open Friday to Sunday for the rest of the season, while my Groupons were only valid Monday to Thursday. Despite assurances that they would check if they could honor them for the weekend, I never received a response. I hoped to use them in summer [redacted] but was denied. I am disappointed and expect a prompt refund to the card used for payment. I believe it's unfair for a company to change its operating days and not honor valid Groupons. Please address this issue urgently.

I made a reservation through Groupon for a hotel stay. Upon checking in on July 22nd at 7:30 pm, I was disappointed to find that the actual property did not match the photos or online reviews. The motel seemed to have questionable activities going on, with people appearing to live in the rooms rather than being temporary guests. Additionally, the motel is currently undergoing construction, making it unsuitable for guests during this time. Despite voicing my concerns to the front desk, the alternative room provided on the fourth floor was still in poor condition with safety hazards like exposed nails in a wooden board at the door. Noise, smoking, caution tape blocking parking, overflowing dumpsters, and wildlife near the rooms further added to the unpleasant experience. I was not expecting luxury, but a basic level of cleanliness and safety for myself and my young son. This establishment urgently needs to address these issues.

My name is Kelly Smyth. I made a reservation for a dinner at Aroma Buffet for 4 people on 29/06/18 at 21:00 under reservation code 2FE29CF600. I paid for it with Visa. Additionally, I received a gift from Anna Smyth for an extra 2 people on the same date, which I didn't use. Anna Smyth paid for 4 people on Groupon under code 7754C7DEAF, but she hasn't made her reservation yet. There seems to have been a mix-up where Anna's barcode was scanned from my phone, and now it's showing as used on Groupon, even though she hasn't booked yet. There's a £42 voucher for a 4 people dinner that hasn't been used. I've forwarded the information sent by Aroma Buffet, saying you can track which vouchers have been used. Could you please assist in processing a refund? Kind regards.

I bought 4 tickets for Dwight Yoakam on August 2nd for $80 on May 7th. I am having trouble accessing my tickets. Customer service suggested checking my email from May 7th, but I can't find it. I feel frustrated and let down by Groupon. Please help me get my tickets.

I recently bought a Groupon for TreeUmph in Brooksville, FL. The Groupon number is LG07Y94-2kzc-c7LF, Redemption Code QUMEMPSQ. I purchased two tickets for $80.00. When I attempted to make a reservation online for my grandson and his friend, I accidentally clicked on a button indicating the Groupon was redeemed, and it was marked as used. Unfortunately, I was not able to proceed with the reservation as intended and missed out on using the Groupon. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue so that my grandson and his friend can still enjoy the event. Please contact me at [redacted] if more information is required. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Jeanette M.

I encountered an issue with a recent charge on my Capital One card ending in [redacted] for 44.00 at Dave and Busters on 7/20/18. Initially, the charge was declined, and I received an email from Capital One about insufficient funds. To proceed with the purchase and redeem a voucher, I used a different card. Despite this, Groupon has repeatedly tried to charge my Capital One card for three consecutive days. Today, the charge was approved by Capital One as I deposited funds. I am disputing this with Capital One, but the bill is still pending. Please refrain from further attempts to charge the Capital One card, as the voucher was not utilized. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought a Groupon deal for "Greentree Health and Massage" which expires today. However, I've had trouble reaching them despite numerous attempts. I left messages, called several times, and even went to their location, which is shared with other businesses and hard to locate. The place had a small sign and a locked door they didn't answer. This situation is extremely inconvenient, so I would like a full refund for my purchase. Thank you. - Chris Z. [redacted] [redacted]@mail.com

I have been a loyal Groupon customer for many years with only one issue previously. Today, I have a Groupon expiring, but Trio Salon in Mill Valley, CA seems to be closed or not operational despite my attempts to visit or call them. I believe I deserve a $22 credit as compensation for the unused Groupon due to the salon's closure. Additionally, the expiration date of the Groupon was changed multiple times, which I found confusing. I'm eager to hear back before the official expiration date as I prefer a credit for future use on Groupon, a platform I enjoy using to discover great businesses. Thank you in advance.

I had purchased two Groupons for foot spas, both have expired. I was only able to extend one and I wanted to trade the other one instead. Since I will not be in town when the extended one expires on August 10, I am unsure if I can trade it in now or if I have to wait. It has been hard to reach customer service as no one is answering the phones, and the app seems to have glitches preventing me from contacting support. Can someone please email me or call me back at [redacted]? Thank you, Cheryl Fabian.

My name is Laverne Barton. I want to raise the issue of not receiving the Tune Up that I paid for from Rapid Response Heating and Cooling. We feel the excuse given for not performing the service was invalid as our unit is in working condition. We have consistently used a home warranty company for repairs since [redacted], and if we had concerns, we would have contacted them.
While we purchased Rapid Response's services through a Groupon deal for the Tune Up, we were dissatisfied with the lack of documentation provided unlike our previous experiences with Hiller. Our interaction with Rapid Response led to a proposed expensive damper repair that we believed to be unnecessary. We feel that they took advantage of us, particularly considering our age.
Despite being charged $89 for a $35 Groupon deal, we were left feeling anxious and dissatisfied. We are seeking a refund and aim to share our negative experience through a review to caution others. We do not wish to engage with their services again and kindly ask for your assistance in facilitating the refund process with Rapid Response.
Thank you,
Laverne Barton

I purchased a Groupon for the Naperville Center for Health and Wellness for my husband at a discounted price of $59 in January [redacted]. Despite the 93% discount on the Chiropractic Package, it expired after [redacted] days. My husband, a cement finisher with unpredictable work hours, struggled to schedule an appointment that suited his work schedule. When he attempted to book a service recently, he was informed that he would need to undergo x-rays, a doctor's examination, and an adjustment before being eligible for a massage, which would incur additional costs. He is already receiving care from a different chiropractor, which he made them aware of, but they insisted the $59 could only be used towards the full chiropractic package. As a loyal Groupon customer, I kindly request a credit for the $59 in line with Groupon's policy allowing the use of the expired Groupon for the original purchase amount. Thank you.

Hello, I am requesting a call with a customer service representative. My name is Laura G. and you can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] I recently stayed at the Pheasant Resort in St. Charles, IL, booked through Groupon. I am disabled and use an electric wheelchair. Unfortunately, the hotel's pool areas were not handicapped accessible. The first pool I visited did not have a working lift chair, and staff did not inform me. When I contacted the resort to request an accessible room and pool area, I found the other pool and sauna also lacked proper accessibility features like lift chairs or bannisters. The facility needs to meet ADA standards in [redacted]. The doors to access the rooms were also not handicapped accessible, except for the main lobby. I am requesting a refund for this disappointing experience.
