I had purchased a bracelet for my sister as gift or her birthday, how ever though when I had updated my mailing address, was not updated. My New Address is *** Pleasant St, Providence Rhode Island *****. I have tried endless times to reach out to your great company, but until now not successful. My name is Mr. James L. Dean as stated on my Washington Trust Card. Please have some call me to let me know if this issue has been addressed an corrected. Again my telephone number is ***-***-**** by the way Gourmet house deal as always the best, took my father there for lunch for Father's day an his Birthday. Groupon you just know what an how to make your Groupon customer's very pleased. Thank you ,sincerely James D

This was an issue that had me not very happy but luckily I was able to contact them through several emails but did not realize what I actually did not do was called them it as a Huge relife when I actually was able to speak to one of the nicest representative's I had ever spoken with. They are very genuine when they say that they wanted o help me, an I actually got a reduced price on the Groupon I had ordered. Groupon had went the distance to insure that I was completely Satisfied with helping me resoliving my issue. Hang in there fellow Groupon members Patient's is the key to getting the issues resolved. James
