I purchased a Groupon voucher *****-******-****** * weeks ago, to get highlights and a cut from *A Salon in Charlotte NC . The contact is Michelle Owens who is the stylist for this voucher. I have tried numerous times to call her, and her mailbox is always full. Then I tried to call the A Salon, and they said they had nothing to do with her, it's an individual groupon. She finally responded after * weeks and said she could do my hair in the next few weeks, when I told her when again she never responded. I told her that I really needed to get my hair done and I needed to hear from her. So as of today no response. This is not right and I would like my money back of $** on this groupon voucher.
