I bought a m***age package on Groupon on May **th. I have contacted the business multiple times by phone, they have no website to schedule an appointment, just a facebook page. It seems to be a cell phone number and the lady has only answered twice. The first time, she was very rude. The second time she said she was not at work, even though it was during her business hours and she is the only one that works there. Both times she answered she just said "****o," so I wasn't sure if I had the right number at first. Both times she said she would call me back to schedule an appointment. I made sure she had my number. It has been a few days now and she still has not called me back. I would like a refund, or Groupon credit, so I can buy another package with a different company.
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
