We made reservations at Hilton garden inn at time square in new York for * rooms and we called to check on the confirmation and the hotel has no record of this reservation! we booked through Groupon on April **, received travel confirmations through groupon for our reservations for ****-****. I called the Hilton today to confirm our reservation and they have NO reservations for paula Hall or Lisa Hall Mazzaglia in their system. We paid an outrageous amount of money ***.** for paula Hall and ***.** for lisa hall mazzaglia. I want a refund for BOTH purchases immediately. If I hadn't called to confirm the reservations we would've showed up in NY expecting to have rooms and been left with nothing. I am so disappointed, I thought Groupon was better than this. please respond ASAP. thank you
