I would like the promotional value for two massages refunded to my account. Vendor does not participate in Groupon any longer and would not honor my Groupon!!

Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I was trying to schedule two appointments and they claim they no longer participate in Groupon and would not honor my * groupons. ... I purchased two massages from Massage Approach. I contacted the vendor and they informed me they no longer participate in Groupon. I have contacted Groupon several times regarding this matter and have not received a response. As you can see from my account I am a frequent Groupon user and would appreciate to receive the promotional value of these two massages as is Groupons policy. That is what the "fine print" states. Please address this asap as I have sent numerous emails with absolutely no response. I am hoping customer service will rectify this once and for all!!
That Groupon is supposed to honor the paid price always.

I have been a loyal Groupon customer for many years and have started many friends on using Groupon.
Yes I have emailed Groupon three times with no resolution or any response at all in fact.
