However, I am having trouble applying the redemption code for the third necklace on the Groupon website. MonogramHub suggested I reach out to Groupon for assistance in resetting or manually entering the code. The voucher shows as redeemed, but I have not received the merchandise. I have already contacted Groupon through chat for an order validation issue (pink banner indicating a "problem with validating my order"). The representative checked my personal settings, which were correct. I had tried to validate my order at least six times. She mentioned that this could be the cause of the problem and reset my account. She advised waiting 6 hours and changing the browser, but unfortunately, following her recommendations, the same banner with the same information keeps reappearing each time I try to make a purchase.
It is worth noting that my attempts to sign up for the Groupon newsletter have always been unsuccessful for a long time. There seems to be an issue with this account. Please address and resolve this malfunction as soon as possible.

I have been attempting to reach TOP NOTCH CLEANING multiple times with no success. My calls are either unanswered or directed to what seems like a fax machine. This is frustrating because I'm trying to use my voucher [redacted] before it expires on 8/11. Please provide me with a working phone number to contact TOP NOTCH CLEANING promptly. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will need a refund to book another cleaner. It's disappointing to see their services still being advertised on GROUPON when they are unresponsive. I would like to request a refund for my Groupon voucher for Steam Carpet 4 U. I had an appointment scheduled, but when the cleaners arrived, they refused to honor the voucher and tried to charge me an unreasonable amount. This experience was unacceptable, as I had specifically purchased the Groupon to save money. I feel deceived by this company and do not plan on using their services in the future. I accidentally accessed the Canadian website when purchasing a Groupon, which unfortunately does not accept payment from my location in the United States. I would like to resolve this issue by either receiving a refund of $76.96 to my Discover card so I can repurchase the Groupon correctly, or by receiving a $76.96 credit for the same item. We had made reservations for two rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn in Times Square, New York, but after checking with the hotel, they have no record of our booking. We used Groupon on April 28 and received travel confirmations for our trip from 5/24 to 5/27. When I called Hilton today, they couldn't find any reservations under the names Paula Hall or Lisa Hall Mazzaglia. We paid $[redacted].25 for Paula Hall's room and $[redacted].34 for Lisa Hall Mazzaglia's room. I am requesting an immediate refund for both reservations. I purchased a NuPouch waterproof dry bag on May 7th, but it was never delivered by FedEx. They couldn't find any record of the tracking number provided to me. I tried resolving this by chatting with a representative this morning, but the issue remains unresolved. My order number is [redacted]51. I requested to have the bag resent, but unfortunately, that wasn't possible. I had to reorder a new one for a birthday gift. I want a refund for the original item, not in Groupon credit since I had to pay twice for the same bag. I also need an email confirmation once the refund is processed to my credit card. After finding a local number and making contact, I managed to schedule an appointment for 5/22/18. Following the appointment, I discovered that two different massage therapists operate out of the same location. The issue arose when Soulful Spa requested payment directly instead of accepting my Groupon. I purchased a Groupon for Aaron Emmanuel Salon on May 16. On the same day, I contacted the salon to schedule an appointment but discovered the specified salon was closed for renovations. I was only able to secure an appointment for today, May 23. However, upon arrival for my prearranged appointment, I was informed that it was scheduled at the incorrect salon. The staff requested me to return the Groupon and pay a reduced rate at the alternate salon.
Unfortunately, I have paid for the Groupon and also made a secondary payment at this different salon. Despite this, it seems I cannot return the Groupon, resulting in a double payment. My sister treated me and some friends to a pre-wedding celebration at "Magic Male XXL the Show" in Orlando, FL, located at 20 E Central Blvd, [redacted]. The experience on May 19 was disappointing. The host repeatedly asked for more money from the audience, even delaying the show until more on-stage appearance passes were purchased. Unfortunately, all but one dancer lacked experience. I feel bad because my sister intended to make the weekend special, but this event was quite disappointing. I purchased a 12-pack of Cryotherapy classes at your Riverdale facility in San Diego, CA. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing difficulties reaching out to the staff. They mentioned there are new owners now. I had an agreement with the previous owners to continue the treatments after finishing my partner's cancer treatments. Despite my efforts to use the sessions, I have not received any response. I have two packages with a total of 14 treatments, one for my fiancé and one for myself. Due to my fiancé's health issues, we were unable to attend after he spent 8 months in the ICU and recently passed away. I have been trying to contact the facility since March, but have had no success. I was told once that the new owner would get in touch with me, however, I have not heard from them. My calls and messages have gone unanswered, and today's attempt to contact them was also unsuccessful.

I reached out previously on 5/16 regarding a credit for a Hot Yoga class I bought. Due to severe high blood pressure and a recent stroke, I cannot do the yoga as advised by my doctor.
