Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I bought a Groupon on May **, **** for the Bardstown Country Club deal for $****players. I arrived on May ** to use the groupon, and it did not show up on my account. I searched for a verification on my email and the app and never received one. The golf pro also looked at the groupon app and did not find anything under my name that said it was purchased. I had to purchase the $** deal on May **, **** in order to play for Mother's Day. Upon looking at my credit card, I was charged twice for this deal, yet only received one voucher. I never received the voucher from the initial purchase on May **. I would like a refund for the item I never received.
