Hi Support Team, **I purchased a Groupon on May **th, **** for ifixit*u for an iPhone * screen repair. I contacted the email address in the Groupon to schedule an appointment and after several days they responded saying please send the location you would like to go to, times and dates you are available and your voucher number to schedule an appointment. **I sent may times and dates throughout out the month of June and they responded saying they have an influx of clients and cannot serve anyone moving forward. They said a refund would be provided, but nothing was provided and they marked my Groupon as redeemed on May **st. **My username for my Groupon account is *****@***.com. I can share screen shots of the email conversation as well**Obviously I have not used my Groupon and still need to fix my cracked iPhone * screen.
