Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Hi that’s a more than *weeks that I was expected my refund I received the email that It will take ** business days to come to my card *After those days I wrote to let you know that I never received *They told me that my credit card on file was expired and that was a lie a have a bank statement for that the same credit card *And the expired day is **** how you can charge me send me the broken clothes and now you apologize and said I will have the return back but come later and said the credit card was expired and was never processing for the item but it show that i received the item and i send the pictures of the broken part you apologize *Please I want my refund back or other wise the lawyer will deal with because my husbands was force to cancel his wedding because he couldn’t wearing
GetHuman-danybill did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
