When I pull up My Groupns I am not seeing one of the Groupons I purchased. On May **, **** I purchsed a Groupn to the Amish Theater for $** and on May **th I purchased another of the same Groupon, only I got it for $** (**% off). The only one that is printable is the purchase from May **th. Then while searching when and where I paid for both purchases, I discovered I was charged twice for the $** purchase. The reference numbers on my bank account for the two $** Groupns are *******GT*SGGFDGE and *******GR*SDGDM*M. The $** charge shows up on my Comenity MasterCard, yet when I go into my Groupon account the only printable one is one of the $** charges. Hopefully someone can help me get this straightened out. In the long run, what I should end up with is one $** purchase and one $** purchase and printable vouchers for both. Thank you.
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
