Send money to one of my debit cards ... I bought a MoneyPak for $*** and now it won’t let me use it. I can’t even make an account because it said the info I entered couldn’t be verified. It’s my DOB and SSN. Trust me I know my dang info. So I can’t call customer service either because I have no card number and it says my SSN is invalid
I can’t use the MoneyPak because I can’t make an account. It says they can’t confirm my identity. So I try to call customer service and it asks for either a card number (which I don’t have, just have the MoneyPak) or for your SSN. When I enter my ssn it says invalid so I am unable to even reach a human to talk to.
Either refund me my money or allow me to open an account so I can use the MoneyPak. I can’t believe you can’t confirm my identity. I did the text message verification and I can send whatever you want as far as a copy of my ID or something.
I’m new and I will never again use this joke of a company if they don’t fix this. I can’t even get in contact with anyone. It’s a joke.
I tried calling a green dot phone number *(***) ***-***** and I got the rudest lady I’ve ever had to talk to. She said they are greendot but they can’t help me with a MoneyPak. She said that’s a different part of greendot. So I asked for a number to the correct place and she ga e me the number to the automated junk I’ve been dealing with. So I asked to speak to a manager. She refused to transfer me to a supervisor because I was not a greendot customer. I’m not a customer? I paid for the dang card that makes me a customer. I just don’t have an account because she wouldn’t help me. She than hung up on me.
