The issue in GetHuman-incurabl's own words
I discovered our account was blocked this morning. This debit card is what our salaries are paid into. When my wife called she was told it would take * days for her to receive a new card and she would have to activate it. My name is Edward Addison btw. I can be reached at *****@***.com. **We can not afford to wait seven days for access to our money! We need the block lifted now and can provide a place for overnight delivery of a new card if need be.
GetHuman-incurabl did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
