I had a gobank account for almost a yr.. one day i tried to login and they had web tech issues from that point on i was unable to transfer my vault balance to avaible balance for many many months they kept giving me curtisy credit the also kept escalating my case to corp over a * month span. December they prematurely closed my account cuz i was unable and corp to rectify not gaining access to my account threw text verification.my phone carrier confirmed with me several times that im able to recieve short messages. I tried to open another account online and by purchasing a new card. I was able to activate the new card but only got a limited card use privilege. I believe because i have a current closed .Meanwhile i have money stuck on my original account and because the account is considered close i cant withdrawal money by pin or pay anything by ach or even transfer money to the new gobank card. With both Cards im also not being allowed to talk with a live customer service rep. I want to transfer my money from my old closed gobank account and get full privileges to the newly activated gobank account.
GetHuman-fashaysd did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
