I had tried without any success since Oct to get a replacement card sent to me. I reported my card lost and now the automative system don't recognize my account nor will it allow me to speak to a human representative to resolve my issues. My card has been cancelled. I need a replacement card sent my bills are piling up have money in that account but no access to it. My payroll check and disability checks are still going to my green dot account but I can't access it. Please correspond with me to what is going on. The last time I spoke with a human representative back in Oct she said she would mail my card and it's been over a month. Help me please. This is my fourth inquiry.
GetHuman-bigcix did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
