There was fraudulent charges to my card and over $**** was charged with multiple charges of the same amount to the same company and other with Nike.com etc.**I called Saturday to notify Customer service of this issue and they canceled my card and told me I have to wait for the charges to clear before I can file a dispute. I log on today and now my whole account is blocked and I can’t get thru to anyone!! This sum of money is huge to me and I can’t get anyone to help me or talk to me because they want me to provide the last four numbers of a card that is in the mail! **Please help!! I need this money back and someone to help me!!!!
