I called to have my card reissued with an new card number and my old card shut off. It is very important that the routing number stays the same as the account number must stay the same due to direct deposit to my card. Now it says I need to supply picture I'd to prove who I am but I have no current account at this time. I'd like to have my new card issued and then I'd be happy to supply a current I'd picture.
