Help with my Green Dot issue
I have been trying to contact you all by calling for the past hour and I can’t seem to find the right number. I keep seeing a -*.** and -*.** dollars taken out of my account for the past * days and I don’t know why! It keeps saying “Primo” whatever the **** that means. I have had green dot for almost a Decade! So I need to have these charges taken off my account because I did not purchase anything that has to do with these Charges. My name is Richard Fugerer and the last * digits on my card is ****. My social security number last four digits is ****. Please help me green dot.
I trust that Green Dot will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
