I went to a Dollar General near me and purchased a Gold Green dot debit master card. I registered it and put $*** on it. This was April **,****. They never said I couldn’t use my card for online transactions. I went on Amazon on April **, **** and spent $***.**, I went on wish and spent about $*.**. I called the card and it says I have $**.** left on the card. I got an email today from amazon and they said my order was declined but wish said my order was on its way. So today around *:** pm (est) I called the card and listened to all the declined transactions, ALL the transactions was declined. So where did $***.** of my money go? If you could email me back that would be great.
I trust that Green Dot will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
