I purchased Final Fantasy * Remake on April **, **** through the website. The first time I tried to pay my amount an error came up. I recieved a text alert from my bank that I was charged for the purchase even though it did not go through. I tried another time and it went through. I have the e-mail confirmation that my purchase was completed. I am trying to talk to someone so that I can get back the first amount of $**.** because it didn't go through.
