I ordered a Nintendo switch on November **th for ***.** that came with $** game stop gift card.. I also bought a * yr warranty for **.**. My total was ***.**...* days later my credit card was charged again for **.** without Authorisation. I wanna l know why my credit card was charged again,immediately!!!! My account is on hold because of it. I have our mortgage payment coming out tonight at **. If I can't get a response to as of why money was token from my account and get my bank account off hold my house payment can't come out and if our house payment bounces i will definitely be taking legal action on gamestop. This is a huge inconvenience. I've already tried numerous times to call and never have anyone answer the lines..
