Purchased the downloadable version of “Firewall zero hour’ for the PlayStation VR. I received the order confirmation but I haven’t received the game code. On the email it says that it takes ‘up to ** hours’ for the email with the game code. But it’s been **hrs and I haven’t received the game code. Checked my bank account and the money was taken from my account and I checked the email that I put in when I purchased it to make sure that it was the correct email and it is (and I checked spam and the deleted emails and everything) So I did everything right and GameStop got their part but I haven’t yet... please help.
