I tried to place an order for * items: *-PS Plus Subscription for ** months at $**.***-LittleBigPlanet* - PS* at $**.***-Horizon Zero Dawn: COMPLETE EDITION * PS* at $*.****My total would come out to be around $** with taxes. However when I placed the order, it gave me a message along the lines of unsuccessful.**Then I got a charge on my Credit Card for $**.**, I tried again and same thing happened. Now I have a hold for over $** dollars and no reason as to why. *There are no recent orders on my account, no email about said purchase. I'd like the items I ordered and a refund for the excess.
GetHuman-superado did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
