Get a copy of my transaction from October **, **** at the Nassau Park NJ location. ... I bought a Nintendo DS last year on October **, **** and I purchased insurance with it (the protection plan). However I cannot find my receipt for it and I really need it. I was hoping corporate would have a copy of it. During that transaction I also purchased a pro card and received points. I am not sure if my receipt can be linked or tracked to the card. But I definitely need that receipt. The screen to the DS is broken and because I purchased protection it falls under warranty to get it replaced however I cannot do so without the receipt. I would like gamestop to email me my receipt for this purchase.
I've tried calling the game stop customer service number and was on hold for over ** min and that is just not acceptable. This has been multiple times. I was never connected to a live person.
I want game stop to email me my receipt for my transaction.
