I bought a new game yesterday for my son. I gave it to him and he opened it and then realized it wasn't the game he had wanted. So I went back to the store to exchange it for the correct game. They said they couldn't accept it since it had been opened. I explained that he never even played it. They offered me a store credit of $**. I spent $** on the game YESTERDAY! This is unacceptable. I understand that some people take advantage of retailers by returning used products. But common sense would let anyone know I was telling the truth. I want a complete refund
