My GameStop credit card was fraudulently used in a different state for the amount of $***.** I reported to customer service and they said they will handle my issue I asked the gentleman if I can still purchase my games today which was a little over $*** and use my credit card he said yes so I go to the store and they told me I could not complete my purchase on my credit card so I call back customer service and he said there's nothing he can do for me so that being said I cancelled my credit card membership because I am very upset due to bad customer service and it seemed like the gentleman that was on the phone did not even care I I am a Rewards member and been going to your store Faithfully to buy games and game consoles as you can see if you look up my account now I feel that after this has happened to me I will not be a customer of game stop you guys should put better security when it comes to our credit cards
