I was sold an standard issue of cod ww* from a game stop on steinway in Astoria queens n.y.. Usually when you're sold a season pass to go with the game you're suppose get a digital edition to it and come with a code inside the case. Clearly I was sold the standard issue without the season pass code. I had bought a season pass for **.** and was told the code was on the receipt for the season pass ever since **** of November when cod ww* came out.. It's been pretty much an year and I just now come to figure out after going back and forth of with the retailer and contacting Activision why can't I access my season pass? Why? It was because I was suppose to have been sold the digital deluxe edition with the pre-order pick-up of the game when this whole time I was told the code was on my receipt when it was only the codes to redeem a bonus dlc map with the pre-order and the second code to win a motorcycle... I strongly believe I deserve a new code to redeem the season pass finally after a whole year being a mislead with a condolence of some sort to come with for being sold the wrong edition and waiting an year. It's absurd after trying constantly going back and forth with support and trying to put the code multiple times to redeem a season pass. And Im just figuring this out yesterday from Activision, game stop has told me to go back to Activision that they would figure it out but that never had seem to be the case initially. It was my local retailer. And now Im contacting online after being told my local game stop for the countless time telling me they can't do anything about it when they were the ones who sold me the wrong edition and Activision told me I had to go back to the local retailer... This is unacceptable.
