Help with my GameStop issue

Today(Sunday August **th) I went out and pre ordered Black ops * at my local GameStop so I would be able to play the beta before it goes away tommow (Monday August **th)but the code I received is not working I called the store and they said they could help me get a new code but tomorrow because they were closing. The beta ends tomorrow so that's going to be a waste of time. since I pre-ordered it already can I just cancel it and get my money back?
GetHuman-nickrsie did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
