I ordered a game system with * games as a bundle on November **th, * days about received a email saying my purchase was unsuccessful but the money was taking off of my card ending in ****, confirmation number is **************** --- it's also on my transaction so I am not understanding why this is happening, money was removed from my card which was $**.**. I would like a refund please if my ordered hasn't been shipped.
