My flight was delayed twice and than cancelled on sept. **th. Me and my gf needed to get back to work on sept **th and frontier had no flights to Phx until the **st of sept. I than asked frontiers help desk if I could get on the next flight to Las Vegas and they said I couldn’t even tho there was already ppl checking in for the flight two hours before departure. I than requested when the next flight was to Vegas was so I could drive from Vegas to Phx and they said the **th I had no intentions of staying several more days in Chicago due to the fact that I needed to be back to work. I basically had to ask them for hotel voucher and meal ticket as none of the ppl at customer service for frontier were any help. I proceeded to call the customer service number and asked To be refund half of the one way ticket for me and my gf and the luggage as well. I also asked them to help me get on a flight with another company and they were unable to assist me and said they would give a *** voucher per Passanger that would take up to * to * weeks for reimbursement if I decided to go with another company. I needed to get home and had to ask family memebers for **** for two tickets to get back home. I called customer service back to speak to a manager and they said they reimburse me partial payment of the ticket unused and the luggage fees but it would come out of the *** dollar voucher ticket because I went with another company now I’m in the hole $**** dollars that frontier basically got to keep. They don’t care at all and that is the worst experience ever and will never fly with them again. They did give my gf and I a voucher for *** for future flights with them and I refuse to use them. I’ve called them asking for my money back and they repeat themselves over and over. My next step is to get a lawyer.
