I purchased round trip flight from GDL to FAT departing ***, returning ****, from Frontier, who has me on a Volaris flight, who I've flown with often. Prior to departing flight ***, I discovered I couldn't check in online with Frontier- you at Frontier direct me to Volaris. The Volaris site does not recognize any code or reservation numbers you at Frontier provide and direct me to check in with you at Frontier. And this miserable cycle has NO successful end for ME It was miserable. I had to physically go to Volaris at airport in Guadalajara to be "checked in". Now, trying to check in for the return flight, it is even WORSE. Neither you or Volaris offer me a way to actually check in. This is SO FRUSTRATING!!! I am John Spec. I have purchased a Frontier issued reservation ticket to fly from FAT to GDL **** on flight * F***** at *:** am. I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO CAN SUCCESSFULLY CHECK ME IN !!!! *You may reach me at my US cell ( ***-***-****) or my Mexican cell : **- *** *** ****. I live in Chapala, Jalisco, Mexico - the largest Gringo expat community in Mexico.There are at minimum **,*** persons, American and Canadian, who fly regularly from GDL to the US and Canada. We are a close knit group and I own a business within the community. If Frontier can't be bothered, to provide REASONABLE customer service for flights Volaris operates, THEN THEY SHOULD NOT. And the Chapala community will quickly shy away from ALL Frontier offerings. Can you PLEASE get me checked into the flight you sold me?!?! John Spec
