Hi Team Flipkart,**I had ordered a product (Order ID*OD******************, Product Name* Panda Car Battery Operated Ride On) on **th Oct'** which was delivered on **th Oct'** and that delivered product was defective so i had raised a return request on **th Oct'** and the promised date of return pickup was **nd Oct'** but no one came to pick it up and my return request got canceled automatically (no reason was mentioned). When I called on CC and asked about the issue, they said they will raised return request again and promised to pick up my defective product by **th Oct'**.*I got a call from pickup boy today and he asked me about the size of the product and when i informed him about the product he had denied to take it now (he was saying that he has two wheeler and he can not take this big box now).How it is possible that the pickup boy was not aware about the product which he is going to pickup?**Request you check the whole concern and resolve this issue ASAP. **This is the worst customer service experience i have ever faced.
