I purchased a Moto E 40 Neo from Flipkart on the 5th of this month. I am disappointed to see that the site still displays a message stating that the order will arrive by the 6th of November. After reaching out to Flipkart on the 8th, they requested me to wait until the 12th of November. However, during my recent contact with them, they mentioned that I need to wait until the 16th of November. I spent approximately Rs. 23,[redacted] on this purchase and I am feeling quite frustrated with the delays.

Hello Team, I wanted to bring to your attention that I booked a flight ticket from New Delhi to Bangalore with SpiceJet through Flipkart. Due to a delay of over 3 hours, I had to request a full refund for the booking with the PNR UD2Q7J. SpiceJet confirmed the full refund of approximately Rs. 12,[redacted] on October 29th. However, I have yet to receive the refund after almost 15 days. There has been no communication from Flipkart regarding this matter either. I have attempted to contact customer service, but the phone line is always busy, making it impossible to reach them. I kindly request assistance with this issue, providing my Booking ID [redacted]32. Please let me know if any further details are needed.

I bought an e-gift card from Flipkart as a Diwali gift for my best friend. Flipkart emailed the card details to me, but my friend couldn't redeem it. Despite contacting the help center, my issue remains unresolved. The gift card amount got credited to my wallet. Even after five days of continuous calls to the help center, they haven't fixed the problem. Instead, they closed the complaint without solving it. I request assistance in resolving this matter; otherwise, we will be forced to file a complaint against Flipkart with the consumer forum.

I purchased a mixer grinder from Flipkart based on the great specifications listed on the website. After receiving the product, I discovered that it does not grind properly and is excessively noisy. I attempted to return it through the website, but was directed to a new site that requires me to visit the dealer's location, which is [redacted] kilometers away. I also tried contacting customer service, but their phone line seems to be down.

I am disappointed with Flipkart's seller policy. I recently ordered [redacted] grams of muskmelon and watermelon seeds each, but I received 10 grams of watermelon seeds and [redacted] grams of muskmelon seeds on November 11. I immediately contacted customer support who promised a return and replacement. However, on November 16, customer support informed me that they could not assist me as the product falls under a no-return policy.

I ordered from Flipkart with order number OD[redacted][redacted]0, but it has not been delivered yet. The status shows it's out for delivery for the past 2 days. I have tried contacting the e kart delivery person but haven't received a response. Flipkart customer service mentioned it will be delivered soon, but I'm unsure why the delay has occurred. I'm eagerly awaiting the delivery and would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

Hello, I received a message from Ekart stating that pickup of my Action Athleo ATL-80 with tracking ID FMPR[redacted] from flipkart.com was rejected due to a damaged product. However, the courier person picked it up on 8th Nov'23 in the afternoon after checking the product. They have updated the wrong status. Please take strict action against these fraudulent activities. Thank you!

I have been using the Flipkart app for over 7 years with the same registered mobile number. I have ordered various products like mobiles and earphones using this account. However, a week ago, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account and now I am unable to log back in using the same mobile number. The error message states that my account is unverified. Even contacting customer service via phone is proving difficult as it indicates my number is also unverified. Strangely, I was able to order a book just 6 months ago using the same mobile number. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.
