My flight booking number ********* was rejected last month. It concerned the flight cancelled by you lat year in April due to the COVID ** cancelled flights. It was in the procedure for several months, then you called me on the attached tel number which was cancelled in May last year. I tried to contact you several times to give the new number which is **********, but all my efforts were futile.*Now after rejecting my refund request I have to take the legal path and your behaviour has disappointed me completely.*I expect to receive an answer to this letter.*Biserka Avdagic
