I’ve had my Fitbit Charge * for a year and just realized after talking with other Fitbit owners and the sales lady from the store it was purchased my watch has never worked properly. It started out with my Fitbit going black and not being able to turn it on for several hours-this started a couple months after it was purchased...I wasn’t able to check the time or my steps etc. Then lines were going horizontal and vertical on my screen as well as the brightness was about **% and now it’s completely black and the only thing it does right now is beat*vibrate every few seconds on my wrist.
