I am not getting fitbit notifications now I reached my step goal and no notification. The screen on my fitbit is hard to read. This is not my first fitbit I am frustrated no notifications.

I don't remember I have had several fitbits at least * years*I have done everything recommended and spent a lot of time trying to resolve issue.
I have tried everything recommended from live chat and customer service restarted everything on both devices. ensured phone and fitbit on most current software.
How GetHuman-pckavan fixed the problem
