Dear Sir*Madam**I wonder if you can help me please. As you can see below I bought my FITBIT Charge * from you less than a year ago. I have been very pleased with this device, wear it all the time & have taken good care of it.**On the **th April ****, I noticed the writing on my FITBIT face was beginning to break up. I checked your advice tried a short & long reset, but neither made any difference. I also tried to change the clock face as suggested, again this had no effect. **The face has been gradually deteriorating but I really didn’t want to be without it & kept hoping it would perhaps correct itself.*I have been particularly disappointed that it has not been working properly during lockdown, as I want to have use of it more than ever right now. **I have attached a photograph as evidence that I finally have to admit it is now of no use to me like this.**I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible regarding this please.**Kind regards*Ellen Crawford

I live in the uk & was concerned I would be charged for contacting the USA. I found an **** (free phone) number in google, spoke to an adviser from FITBIT. they asked me to check a couple of things then as my warranty was still within the year they sent me a link & my free replacement is currently in transit.**GOOD LUCK ALL CUSTOMERS WITH A DIFFICULTY - I found my method very helpful
