Good Afternoon,*I am hoping you can help me as my new Charge * has a white line running through it under the time display and it is the second time I have had an issue so while I love my Fitbit I am a little bit frustrated. I travel a lot for work and bought my first Charge * in Panama in January. In April, it completely died and I was away in Portugal. Using the Fitbit helped me lose ** pounds in * months so I just went ahead and bought another one in Funchal, Madeira. Now just ** days later my second unit has developed this issue. I searched the internet and could not resolve the problem. Now I have one dead Charge * and one with a line through it. It otherwise seems to be working fine and I would probably just ignore it if I had not already replaced one. Any assistance you can provide would be most appreciated. I really do love my Fitbit and know it has been an integral part of my fitness goal success.*Thank you.
