The issue in GetHuman-mattdac's own words
I have had the fitbit for less than a year and both the bands (the male and female) have ripped or broken, i dont do anything unusual with the band or watch, i take great care of them. i use it as an everyday accesory, i wear it to the gym, in the shower, to bed and only take it off for charging. Is there any way I can get a new large wristband since I am still under the one year warranty? I can send pictures of the wristbands if needed.
GetHuman-mattdac did not yet indicate what Fitbit should do to make this right.
