There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

I have a Fitbit Alta linked to my J*****@***.com account. I have just returned from a holiday in Florence where my Fitbit came off my arm, between the airport and the taxi to my hotel. I had noticed that the clasp on the strap to the device had a couple of times been sliding up with no warning, and I would then push it back down. I had fully intended to buy a new strap on my return to Uk. I phoned the taxi company, but they were unable to help. I can see from the account that the Fitbit is showing up as fully charged. Please can you tell me if it has been linked to another account, if so, there is anyway of contacting them, and if not whether I should delete the account for security reasons.
