I've contacted Fitbit support about * dozen time about a phone bill I incurred ringing them about a Fitbit they sent me in error. I sent it back straight away but in ringing them I was put through to the United States. So one call was £** pounds. They asked me to screen shot the bill which I did. It took so long for anything to happen I phoned them sent them emails. Not one of your personal told me about the charges. In fact I did ask numerous time and told there was no charge. I hope you can shed some light on this. I think the only other option is consult a solicitor. Regards Patricia
