Charge * counts active steps randomly. Yesterday was on treadmill ** minutes, got no active minutes credit, decided to start counting active minutes halfway through the day. Today was on treadmill for * hour and gave me no active steps. This is a replacement sent to me that I just installed * days agao - since the first one I bought end of November just kept stop working randomly. This is the NEW CHARGE *....HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE? IT WAS *** and I have tried resetting not one but both of them. This shoiuld be necessary with a brand new fitbit, especially one that you just rolled out. IM NOT A HAPPY CONSUMER.
