I bought fitbit charge * in november it was working absolutely fine till i stopped using if for a few days.. n when i tried to sync it again with my device it says firmware upDate needed so i tried to update it a few times but failed so i removed it from my device n tried to pair it again.. but its useless.. i cant pair it now .. it shows passcode n then fails to pair.. can u please solve this issue thanks
