My Fitbit ionic stopped reading my heart rate yesterday *I checked my settings and this showed the heart monitor to be on*I tried switching it off, swiping my watch with a cloth and even resetting and now I still don’t have a heart read ans now I’ve noticed my steps won’t read either. Still says I’ve done * steps then I’ve completed a full workout. **I have no idea what else to do.**I have not even had this Fitbit ionic for * months
