I have the fitbit charge *. The heart rate monitor is not working. One green light is showing but not the second one. It's been recording my heartbeat at **** beats per minute, which would be rare for this to occur. Is there a replacement or rebate I can get on a future purchase. **The app is also no recording the data due to this issue. I wear the device consistently and have not seen a non-recorded session.
