I received an email stating that Fitbit had detected suspicious activity and that I would need to reset my password, however, I am unable to get the email link to reset it. I have contacted support by phone five times (I was told the issue would be resolved within ** hours*, each time I am told that it has been escalated to the proper department. I have emailed that department with no response. It has now been over a week and I am unable to access my Fitbit account.
GetHuman1641683 did not yet indicate what Fitbit should do to make this right.
