The issue in GetHuman-annstric's own words
We purchased a Fitbit Charge * for my husband. (who has dementia) One side of the wristband came a loose. The warranty expired October *, ****. When I called customer service, I was told that you do not have a repair center and that a replacement band would cost about $**.** online or in the store. We purchased the product from Best Buy. I realize the warranty had expired but I certainly thought it would be more convenient to have it repaired at a reasonable price. I may buy a band or just it away. I have gotten tired of buying service agreements or paying to repair inferior products. Why doesn't your company have repair centers? I mainly just wanted to vent.
GetHuman-annstric did not yet indicate what Fitbit should do to make this right.
I have an issue with Fitbit too
