I sent in my Fitbit versa (that is being replaced under warranty for not keeping a charge ) and you received it yesterday. I was told I would get a phonecall and sent a replacement as soon as it was received by your warehouse. I have gotten no phonecall. *I called earlier today and they said I would hear from someone via email by Tuesday!! Tuesday?! I was told I would be sent a replacement right away!! I even paid to have it get there within a day!!! **Please help!!
