Hi. I am deaf. I used a Fitbit charge for close to * years until it died to wake me for work using the silent alarm. It worked every time. Recently upgraded to Fitbit Surge. I love it but after first week or so the vibration has gotten so weak that it does not wake me the large majority of mornings. I now have to rely on my cellphone. I am seeking a solution to this problem. Not asking for refund..... As I said I love having a Fitbit. Just extremely disappointed. Never had a problem with my original Fitbit HR. By any chance are they still available? Thank you for your time. Looking forward to hearing from you.
