My package (**********************) was scheduled for delivery on **********. FedEx tracking said the package was in Tehachapi, CA at *:** A.M. It did not arrive in Oakdale, CA on **********. . On ********** FedEx tracking said the package arrived at Tracy, CA at *:** P.M. A new delivery date was set for ********** by the end of day. I waited at the location in Oakdale, CA all day until the evening and no delivery of the package. This is the second missed scheduled delivery date. Currently the tracking status say: Pending (no delivery date set). I tried to call customer support. I tried to speak to a representative but the automated system cannot hear my tracking number when I say the numbers very clearly and when I try to use the phone's keypad, the call is terminated before I can get the tracking number in. I am extremely frustrated and if my package is not going to be delivered tomorrow **********, then I want to know where I can pick it up.
